Bleh… PS NBC sucks, I debated even showing their bullshit game because of how bad they are and how they decide it’s ok for Buffalo to get their screen but we can’t have ours. I couldn’t even get through the first period before I had to mute my TV. Great idea with a 2pm time you dickheads. Pittsburgh had a marathon running this morning (I participated in it by the way, my third marathon in three years). I’m also a Pitt student but not a senior, so I didn’t have to deal with that traffic anyway. Speaking oftraffic, it was horrible, and it was made worse by the fact that a microwave aka a bomb was found near the finish line (not kidding…). The finish had to be re-routed and we couldn’t even get back to our car because the police had it closed off. Finally they let us through (after “disabling” the microwave I suppose) and everyone was trying to leave at the same time and we were at the top of the parking garage…had to wait 45 minutes just to get on the street. Make it home with about an hour to game time. So then I get to watch the game but I’m already tired and sore and then the Pens lose so I’m not in a good mood at the moment. But whatever because the Pens didn’t even get a powerplay until basically the third period (though I guess I should expect about the same in Montreal?) and they were definitely playing “their game” for good portions of the game, dominating zone time against the Habs. If they do that all series they’ll have a great shot at winning assuming …
